Birthday Cake Brownie Pops!

Now everyone at your party can have a little candle-blowing fun!  These adorable pops have chewy fudge brownie inside, covered with white chocolate and decorated to look like tiny birthday cakes on a stick!  I hope the little ones enjoy these ones as much as I enjoyed making them!

Coco-Lime Goodies!

If you like coconut you'll love these goodies!  These coconut cupcakes and cake are made with coconut milk and flakes, making them moist and tender.  The lime buttercream frosting, made with freshly squeezed lime juice, is light and refreshing.  Accented with white chocolate,  they make a delicious treat!

'Cake Love' Photo Contest!

     Everyone loves cake....right?  I want to see your favourite pic of yourself or someone you love with a yummy cake!  Maybe it's your little one digging into their birthday cake, or grandparents gathering around an anniversary cake...if it's a photo of a person/people and cake, I want to see it!  

PRIZE:

Many of you found The Little Cake Co. through the 'New Fan Contest' and I'm so glad you did!  I really enjoyed coming up with this 2-tone 'Roses' Giant Cupcake Cake...and I hope the contest winner enjoys eating it up!  Creamy Maple cake with vanilla buttercream...now that's a prize!

What a cheery little cupcake tower!  Made of 3 cupcakes and decorated in a fresh chrysanthemum finish...it's a perfect treat for 2!  It can also be made of larger cupcakes to feed a party of 10-12.  This could be the unique touch you've been looking for for that special occasion!

'Drum' Cake

I came across this idea for a 'drum' cake not long ago and I instantly loved it!  I'm so glad I got to try it out...it's so fun and bright!  Chocolate cake inside, covered and filled completely with buttercream.  Accents of licorice and chocolate make this a sure-fire hit with kids and adults alike!

'Rainbow Drops' Cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream Frosting

This colourful cake is just so much fun I had to share it!  Bright and cheery, it would look amazing done in pinks and purples for a little girl or blues and greens for a little boy.  The best part of it though, it's filled and covered with one of my favourite frostings...swiss meringue buttercream.  If you've never tried swiss meringue buttercream, it's heavenly.  Silky smooth, half the sweetness of regular buttercream and fluffy like whipped cream.  Delicious!

     Back to school, cooler days...it's feeling like fall!  I personally love fall and all the things it brings with it...like pumpkins, apples, changing leaves and fallen acorns!
