Allergen-Free Anniversary Cake

When I was asked to produce an allergen-free cake for a wedding anniversary, I was excited to take on the challenge.  Although this cakes looks like an ordinary layer cake,  it's far from ordinary.  This deep dark chocolate cake with maple buttercream frosting is entirely gluten, dairy, egg, soy, tree nut and peanut free!  

This lovely family can now have their cake and finally eat it too!

Birthday Cake Brownie Pops!

Now everyone at your party can have a little candle-blowing fun!  These adorable pops have chewy fudge brownie inside, covered with white chocolate and decorated to look like tiny birthday cakes on a stick!  I hope the little ones enjoy these ones as much as I enjoyed making them!

Coco-Lime Goodies!

If you like coconut you'll love these goodies!  These coconut cupcakes and cake are made with coconut milk and flakes, making them moist and tender.  The lime buttercream frosting, made with freshly squeezed lime juice, is light and refreshing.  Accented with white chocolate,  they make a delicious treat!

'Cake Love' Photo Contest!

     Everyone loves cake....right?  I want to see your favourite pic of yourself or someone you love with a yummy cake!  Maybe it's your little one digging into their birthday cake, or grandparents gathering around an anniversary cake...if it's a photo of a person/people and cake, I want to see it!  

PRIZE:
    The winning picture will win their choice of either a 7" round cake or a Giant Cupcake Cake from The Little Cake Co.!

How to Enter:
   Email your pic to thelittlecakeco@hotmail.com by noon on Wednesday, Sept.21.

1.  Pics will be posted on The Little Cake Co's Facebook page on Wednesday, Sept.21 shortly after the entry cutoff time.
2.  Pics will be posted to an album on The Little Cake Co's Facebook page for votiVote for your favourite pic by 'liking' it
3.  The pic with the most votes wins!
4.  Voting will end Friday, Sept.22 at 9pm. Winner will be announced shortly after!

The Little Cake Co. was honored to make this Giant Cupcake Cake in pink 'frills' for little Anica's 1st birthday cake smash!
