When I was asked to produce an allergen-free cake for a wedding anniversary, I was excited to take on the challenge. Although this cakes looks like an ordinary layer cake, it's far from ordinary. This deep dark chocolate cake with maple buttercream frosting is entirely gluten, dairy, egg, soy, tree nut and peanut free!
This lovely family can now have their cake and finally eat it too!
